Starry Night was created by Juxtaposition Art’s

Tactical Urbanism Lab as a YPAR funded project.

Research, story, and concept art was done by

the 2019-2021 Tactical Lab apprentices.

Final art and creative direction was completed by

me as a Tactical Lab Lead with assistance from

Tactical co-lead, Justice Jones. Cover and back-

ground art by Tactical apprentice Elijah Buchanan.
