They partnered with several Northside based organizations, including Juxtaposition Arts, to aid in this research. A part of this research included engaging with a number of study groups and collect data on their knowledge and opinion of the extension plan. At JXTA, we chose to collect data for youth targeted focus groups. We held workshops at several youth spaces across North Minneapolis. At these workshops I would be capturing conversation through live graphic note-taking and sharing the illustrations with the group at the end. I also created an updated info zine and survey to pass out and collect data.
