CMEJ, Community Members for Environmental

Justice, are a cohort of environmentalists working

to ensure that Upper Harbor Terminal, UHT,

redevelopment is done in favor of and with the

input of the Northside community and holding

the City of Minneapolis accountable to that.

Part of their work included hosting listening

sessions and workshops to get the community’s

vision for the UHT land. In this particular listening

session, I was asked to do a graphic recording

live during the event to render a visual of what

community members were sharing.
